    Really easy and genuine read. The book explains great points and goes into realistic details that affect procrast'ors' like me. The best part I will take front this book will be to set up time efficiently for yourself and reward ourself or take a break after (3x15). I could relate to the book very much so.     Ironically enough I had just sent off for a Hypnosis cd on this very subject when I came across this book in my e reader. I have found it very useful and a lot of the subject matter falls in line with the way my eating disorder therapist is working. In particular the morning structure, really hit a cord and helped me to understand the therapists thinking. Will definitely be reading this again and will leave another review to let you know how things go.
