    Having purchased Chloe's 12 week plan, I was looking for some recipe ideas. So I purchased this in hope of finding that. And although there are some recipe ideas at the end of the book, 80% of it is literally repeating what is already written in the 12 week plan (word for word most of the time) Like how to calculate calories/macros etc. Had I of known this, I wouldn't of purchased! £6 is pretty steep for a book with very few recipes in! Especially as I've just purchased her 12 week plan for £20! I would of liked ideas for snacks, low and high carb, but there is nothing like that! Feel a little mislead to be honest! Sorry Chloe 😔

    This is a fantastic book. The reason? Because it doesn't bombard you with over complicated 'facts'. Chloe has condensed a lot of information into this book in simplified terms. It might not be a long read, but you know what? GOOD! It's not meant for that, it's meant to tell you how to eat well, and it does! I've struggled with eating habits for YEARS, upon reading this, I seem to be getting results much faster than before because its liveable! Thanks for bringing it out!

    Absolutely gutted i just spent £6 on this app. I thought I was in for a good read and would learn lots but just finished it in about 5 minutes. Waaaa!

    I had trouble downloading too but I got a response almost immediately-I'd interrupted the download too soon! This book has cleared the whole thing up, diet, calories, macros! Definitely NOT a waste of money, a much needed guide as far as I'm concerned!

    I really like Chloe and her fitness fondue blog; I eagerly anticipated the release of eat clean get lean and purchased at the discounted price. As many other reviews have already said, even at £5.99 this is still way too much for the content provided. I'm pretty certain most of the info is available on different sections of the FF site and the recipes whilst a nice touch are very basic. Feel slightly ripped off. This Chloe fan feels like this book is more about losing £'s than lbs.

    Very little content for the price -read in about 10 minutes and certainly not tailored to specific people in any way which the description kind of implies (other than telling you how to calculate TDEE which you can put into a calculator on many websites and get calculated for you!). The recipes were good but not enough. It's a shame because I love Chloé and expected better.
