    I rarely ever finish a book because of the thoughts that stop me. Self sabotage at it's best, but not this time. By reading the ideas in this book it helped me stop putting meaning to my thoughts like 'i never finish books' and 'I can't find the answer'. Thoughts are only thoughts, nothing to them and therefore mean nothing. Your real soul or intuition comes alive after really grasping this idea.
