    I'm generally a sceptic when it come to diets but Reset really works as its more a healthy eating and exercise regime than a traditional diet. Plus it only lasts 12 days and even I can manage to stick to something for that length of time. By the second week I felt really energised. At the end I had lost three pounds and my husband lost five (he had more to lose admittedly!). The best thing is that we have carried forward some of the ideas past the 12 days. My husband uses soya milk with his spelt based muesli everyday and I am a huge fan of rye bread (who knew!) and we have both continued to exercise more than our previous one or two times a week. Would definitely recommend you give it a go.
