    Not much in this book. Around 70 pages, about 50 are waffle. Didn't learn anything new - don't waste ur money, unsure why there are so many positive reviews.

    It's ok. For 36 pages it's a good wee read, but if you want some depth and proper understanding I'd say find something a bit for substantial.

    This book contains bite-sized chunks of advice to help improve your body language. Tony Wrighton has a friendly, funny style and uses lots of anecdotes and stories to help illustrate his point. Amongst other things he talks about spotting liars, getting people to like you and how to look and feel more confident. Learn how to achieve red carpet stillness, when it's ethical to lie and what links Graeme McDowell and Angelia Jolie! Really good and would highly recommend it.
