    When i use this i have to turn off the pasword and the locking system on my phone or else it keeps shutting off. its a great book and i like the way he tells us that its bad habits that are keeping us awake. he explains everything well and i understand what he is saying. its obvious that he has put a lot of thought into what keeps us awake and even gives us ways to deal with it. iv not had it for long and am still reading the book and will read it many times up to now what i’v read has made perfect sense to me and changed my way of thinking about my bad sleeping HABIT. i love the audio talk that he gives. i’v always liked paul mckenna and maybe that helps as i have a strong trust in him and his work. i like when he tells us to count backwards from 300 its really helpful. im feeling enthusiastic about this and very glad that i purchased it.
