    This is a great little book on the 5:2 way of eating. The guidance is encouraging, helpful and practical and sets out a range of ways you could approach 5:2 and manage it in your life. The recipes are simply wonderful. Almost every one I've tried has been a great success. The dishes are so tasty and easy to make with clear and accurate instructions. I wish I had more recipe books by Jacqueline!
