    Errors in any book can take away from the information being given. At some point he said make sure you "eat water." And within the last few pages he said "workout 3x a day" and I'm pretty sure he meant 3x a week. It's a very short book so I get baffled when I see things like this. It's not hard to reread your work and make corrections. Otherwise there's decent advice. I wish they would've mentioned the keto diet but they didn't.

    This confirmed what I have believed. I think it's great for mental reinforcement and great go-to resource for healthy and practical advice with great results. It's just the plain and simple truth. I'm just not sure about bananas to keep belly fat off. I've always struggled with wether they are good or bad for a lean diet.
