    I've been reading the White Dwarf since the beginning. Rumor was it was no longer being printed so I'm glad it's still being produced at least. This issue is ok, I purchased the iPad version, I figured it would be somewhat interactive which it is not. The pictures are tiny and you cannot zoom in. As with any of the older White Dwarf magazines the current issue may not hold your interest due to it not containing your army, I'm interested in rules and the generic articles so its enjoyable to me. It covered the newest Dwarven army , and new models quite well. I've given it 4 stars since it's electronic, and not interactive otherwise it still holds true to White Dwarf , and what it used to be.

    I would recommend purchasing the weeks copy **IF** you have an interest in the topics the issue covers. If you don't, I would recommend saving your money for something more important. But like I said **IF** you are interested in the weeks topic, it is a great purchase. The only thing I can really recommend to games workshop is to lower the price to $3.50. $4.00 is kind of to expensive.

    I have collected White Dwarf for some time...first off the shelf, then paper subscription and now iOS version. So when the two magazines came out this weekend, White Dwarf and Visions, I had high hopes and assumed my subscription would continue. I was very disappointed...both magazines are poor (a step in the wrong direction) and my renewal a few months back was converted to Visions and not White Dwarf. Would it not make sense if I subscribed to White Dwarf before, I should continue with the new White Dwarf and not Visions?!?! I am giving this magazine two stars only because it is slightly better Visions, but both magazines are a far cry for the previous iOS White Dwarf. Both repeat themselves in photos...nothing more than a money grab. Both are too expensive for what you get in content. I know Games Workshop is a publicly traded company and has to make a profit, but not at the expense of your customers. I feel betrayed.

    I like the content of the magazine, but the eBook format presentation leaves a lot to be desired. If it looked at least like the magazine you can buy it would be good. Sadly I don't have a store with the magazine near me and this is the only reliable way to get it. I am not sure if I would buy it looking lime this.

    I really enjoyed the new format. The only thing I would have liked more was to be able to zoom in on the pictures to see the detail better.

    This reminds me of the WD of old. I'm not sure if I'd buy this every week but if it has content that interests you it's worth it. It has actual hobby articles, actual paint articles, new mini rules and interesting commentary. I'm just not sure it's worth 4 bucks a week which will add up to $208 dollars per year....

    The hobby articles in this issue are a step in the right direction, but this still feels wrong to me. It's $16/month to get all of the weekly issues with no option for a subscription. The ebook format is a far cry from the old White Dwarf with mostly just white space and text. There are no videos, pictures are washed out and the formatting leaves a lot to be desired. GW really needs to get their act together if they want my dollars.
